Senior Automotive Semiconductor Development Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Engineer to lead the development and production of automotive-grade semiconductor products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or subcon management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new product introduction (NPI) activities from tape-out to release.
- Defining test methodologies and strategies with design and test engineering teams.
- Developing and optimizing automated test equipment (ATE) test programs for coverage, quality, and cost.
- Overseeing engineering builds, pilot runs, and manufacturing readiness.
- Supporting product characterization, validation, and qualification activities to ensure product performance and compliance with automotive standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or subcon management.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, electronic testing, and automotive electronic qualification requirements.
- Proven technical proficiency in product engineering for semiconductors, including DFT, ATE platforms, and test development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
