Senior Semiconductor Product Development Engineer

The Product Engineering Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and manufacturability. This role involves driving new product introduction activities, defining test methodologies, and developing automated test equipment (ATE) test programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, test, process, quality, manufacturing teams to drive product launches and manufacturability
- Develop and optimize ATE test programs for coverage, quality, and cost
- Oversee engineering builds, pilot runs, and manufacturing readiness
- Support product characterization, validation, and qualification activities
- Analyse product test data, yield trend, and failure rate to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant field with minimum seven years' working experience in semiconductor or subcon management
- Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, electronic testing, and automotive electronic qualification requirements
- Strong technical proficiency in product engineering for semiconductor, including DFT, ATE platforms, and test development
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
