Job Title: Semiconductor Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quality assurance professional to join our team.
This role involves leading supply chain assurance initiatives, developing and implementing quality management systems, and collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, electronics engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain assurance initiatives to ensure robustness and reliability of semiconductor components
- Develop and implement quality management systems to meet industry standards and company requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall performance
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the electronics or automotive industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in both English and Chinese languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and certifications (ISO)
- Knowledge of semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes
- Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain dynamics
