About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing procurement transactional tasks, including year-end closing, processing purchase orders, downloading quotation/tender offers, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement transactional tasks, including year-end closing, processing purchase orders, and publishing notices and awards in GeBiz.
- Assist with audit matters and generate system reports.
- Provide support in the design and maintenance of electronic direct mail (EDM) and Procurement intranet.
- Liaise and collaborate with the Procurement team and division users on procurement operations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Windows Platform and Office Applications.
- Experience with GeBiz is advantageous.
- Strong team player with good planning ability and attention to detail.
- Proactive in following up on matters to ensure resolution and meeting deadlines.
