We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support internal stakeholders on procurement activities, understanding their needs and expectations, and finding solutions that balance cost and quality within the required timeline.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to ensure requirements are met with the best supplier for the given application, complying with company policy and quality standards.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements, terms, and conditions to maximize value for the company.
  • Establish bidder lists and issue Request for Proposal (RFPs) to vendors, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, including tendering and RFQs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of integrity and adaptability.
