To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail or sales, preferably in a similar industry. A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences is essential, as is the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
In addition to your sales skills, you should be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. You will also be required to lift boxes and other items up to 20kg.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in this role. You will also receive ongoing support and coaching to help you meet and exceed your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
