Job Overview

A Sales Experience Professional plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing a pleasant shopping experience across every touchpoint in-store and online.

The Role:

This key position involves promoting products and services, working closely with the merchandising team to stay updated on new product launches and providing excellent product knowledge to customers. You will also communicate marketing initiatives to drive conversions and acquire new customers in-store.

  • Communicating brand promotions and mall promotion initiatives for higher conversion

  • Building customer relations to foster regular shopping frequency and return visits
  • Practicing good customer care service to build brand reputation

* Daily store operations
  • Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising displays in-store
  • Assisting to maintain optimal inventory for new products and core products
