- Resolve manufacturing issues on the test floor by investigating and providing disposition on lots with deviation.
- Diagnose and resolve production deviation lots and testing issues in a timely manner, using data analysis to scrutinize tester logs.
- Verify symptoms and report network/software-related issues, escalating to relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process variance, equipment, or device performance problems.
- Provide support to product quality control and ensure efficiency of equipment and processes.
- Support engineers' requests.
Requirements include a diploma in engineering, knowledge of PC applications (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint), and Unix, Perl, or Python skills an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with test and diagnostic equipment.
Key responsibilities may involve performing modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.
