The role involves conducting blast analyses and proposing security plans that integrate operations and technology solutions with protective designs and/or blast measures for structural engineering works. The aim is to protect buildings and infrastructure from explosion and dynamic effects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct blast analyses to assess potential damage
  • Develop security plans that incorporate operational and technological solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement blast-resistant design measures
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant local building codes and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
  • At least 3 years of experience in blast engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
