Our client is a global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

**About the role**:

- Review and validate the Process and Utility design documents issued by Licensors and FEED Contractor (Design basis, HMB, design philosophy, optimized calculation reports, Utility consumption and specification, effluent and emission, etc).
- Review and validate the PFD, UFD, MDS, P&IDdrawings;
- Prepare study report/ evaluation report if required for process configuration, optimization and operational concept regarding PP unit or Utility units;
- Verification of, and check for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, national and local authorities’ permits, and codes and standards
- Technical HSSE risks, such as loss of containment and consequent fires and explosions, identification and reduction to ALARP

**About you**:

- At least 15 years experiences in Petroleum, Petrochemical field as role Lead Process Engineer/Specialist in international Engineering company (FEED/EPC/PMC).
- Have good experience and knowledge in LyondellBasell Spheripol-Polypropylene Unit, Utility and Offsite Unit Design, Construction and Operation or similar project experience.
- Fully familiar with relevant international codes, standards and recommended practices as ASME; API; ASTM; etc.,
- Ability of identification and planning of the HSE risk assessments, reviews and studies to be conducted (e.g., HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, SIL, Explosion and Fire Hazard Studies, QRA, ALARP studies, and Bow Ties)
