Singapore DSTA - Defence Science & Technology Agency Full time

**OVERVIEW**:

We seek driven individuals to join DSTA, where you will design, develop, integrate, test and operationalise capabilities with game changing technologies for national security.Examples include:
- Developing new and improved armament systems to meet operational requirements for armament and explosives.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards for explosives within MINDEF ranges and facilities.
- Supporting Whole of Government (WoG) for the licensing of explosives and ranges.
- Overseeing the management and compliance with safety standards for armament and explosives throughout their lifecycle.

**SCOPE OF WORK**
You will work in a cross-disciplinary team of engineers with experienced mentors, and hone your knowledge of Ordnance**to:
- Develop, test, and deliver game-changing engineering solutions
- Architect and integrate best-of-breed systems worldwide to deliver cohesive capabilities
- Experiment and evaluate new technologies for operationalisation
- Ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, safety and reliability
- Collaborate and co-develop technologies with leading organisations, companies and research institutions from both Singapore and internationally

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Innovative and willing to learn new skills and expand into exciting new tech domains
- Dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills; self-driven with a can-do spirit
- Willing to travel for overseas work trips

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 0 ~ 2 years
