Job Overview

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of railway infrastructure projects, aligning with predetermined objectives, timelines, and financial targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery efforts to meet established goals, schedules, and financial targets.
  • Serve as the key liaison among clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractor allocations, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-effective project execution strategies.
  • Identify potential project challenges, develop risk mitigation plans, and address site or contractual concerns efficiently.
  • Evaluate adherence to LTA, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, financials, and forecasts to both clients and senior management.
  • Motivate project personnel to maintain focus on the project's objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience managing infrastructure or railway projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of LTA requirements and project management best practices.
  • CSCPM certification is mandatory.
