We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to oversee quality control processes in the food manufacturing industry.
- Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to industry regulations.
- Investigate and report any product or process deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with production leaders to implement corrective actions and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure accurate records of product inspections and quality control measures.
- Manage certifications such as SFA, MSC/ASC, Halal, FSSC 22000, and HACCP.
- Liaise with authorities on food safety and licensing matters as required.
- Coordinate health certificate applications and laboratory reports.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science or Microbiology.
- At least one year of experience in quality control in the food manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with FSSC 22000/HACCP/GMP/Halal requirements is an asset.
