**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the food manufacturing industry.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products throughout the entire manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations from established procedures in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with production leaders/operators to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
  • Maintain accurate records of product and hygiene inspections.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve our certifications such as SFA, MSC/ASC, Halal, FSSC 22000, HACCP and other relevant certifications.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Food Science or Microbiology is required.
  • Candidates should have at least one year of experience working in Quality Control roles within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of FSSC 22000/HACCP/GMP/Halal requirements is advantageous but not necessary.
