We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and direct ship repair, construction, and conversion projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct ship repair, construction, and conversion projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

  • Closely coordinate with various stakeholders, including classification societies, ship owners, owner specialist engineers, vessel crew, and ship agents to ensure successful project execution.

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet commercial/naval contractual commitments.

  • Solve daily conflicts at ground level by monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible jobs affecting master schedule.

  • Capture additional works and provide information to the Commercial Department for more competitive pricing.

Requirements

  • Possess 5-7 years' experience in similar capacity from marine/heavy industries.

  • Possess SRM Certificate.

  • Able to make appropriate decisions and judgments, decisive, and take proper actions.

  • Able to lead and manage ship repair, construction, and conversion projects independently.

  • Willing to work late at times and possess leadership qualities.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
