The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand our client base, and strengthen partnerships in the tourism and transport sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of market trends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating tailored proposals and negotiating contracts to secure long-term partnerships, analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to position the company effectively, collaborating with marketing to enhance brand visibility and lead generation, and achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in tourism, transport, or hospitality).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore's tourism/transport industry is a plus.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
