Sales Director for Luxury Consortia Partnerships

As a seasoned professional in the luxury travel industry, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-level relationships with exclusive consortia and agency networks. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility for our esteemed hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with luxury consortia leaders and agency owners.
- Develop comprehensive annual business plans for each partner, outlining strategic objectives, marketing initiatives, and revenue targets.
- Negotiate bespoke agreements and premium amenities that position our hotel as a preferred choice for discerning travelers.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hotel sales or travel trade sales is essential.
- A well-established network within the luxury travel industry is highly desirable.
- Profound understanding of luxury traveler preferences, booking behaviors, and cultural expectations.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are an asset.
