Key Position: Senior Technical Lead

The Chief Engineering Officer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and business objectives, leading and overseeing a team of technicians and external professionals to ensure successful project execution and innovative solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor working conditions, update information from logs and service reports, operate, and maintain all equipment, taking appropriate action as necessary.
  • Work Order Oversight: Follow up on outstanding work orders, check workload efficiency, quality-check completed orders, gather technician feedback, and consolidate improvement suggestions.
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning: Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to plan annual maintenance, design an economic repair schedule, monitor work quality, and ensure technicians follow the PM program.
  • Energy Conservation Program Implementation: Supervise and guide technicians to carry out energy-saving initiatives, closely monitor operating parameters, report deviations to the Chief Engineer, and ensure high efficiency utilization.
  • Training and Development: Arrange on-the-job training, record sessions, and develop team skills.
  • Emergency Response: Work alongside the Chief Engineer to ensure fire protection systems operate according to design, coordinate engineering support during emergencies, and ensure compliance with emergency procedures.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Recommend performance improvement methods for hotel equipment and facilities, perform other duties as directed by the Chief Engineer, and contribute to overall team success.
