About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Youth Strength Coach to lead our youth performance programs and support general population clients.
- Design and deliver tailored strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes across various sports.
- Lead group and small group sessions ensuring safety, progression, and engagement among participants.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and healthy habits. You will educate youth and parents on training principles, modify programs based on fitness level, injury history, and goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strength and conditioning plans for youth athletes.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists to integrate rehab and performance plans for return-to-play.
- Coach adult clients in foundational strength and conditioning for health, fitness, and injury prevention.
- Support facility upkeep, client care, and program development where needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in injury prevention, recovery, and healthy habits.
- Ability to design and deliver tailored strength and conditioning programs.
