Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Professional to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hardware and infrastructure software configurations, updates, and documentation processes.
  • Manage change requests, service requests, and escalate incidents, including security-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and track software licenses, subscriptions, and end-of-life cycles.
  • Conduct regular system and application health checks, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform vulnerability management system scans, compliance checks, and configure compliance templates.
  • Generate monthly reports covering SLA metrics, incidents, availability, performance, audit logs, user access reviews, and log reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management, system administration, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with change management, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: ITIL v4, CCNA, or relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and cybersecurity practices.
  • Expertise in automation and scripting for process improvements.

Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities efficiently, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and soft skills are highly valued.
