Revenue Management Professional

This is a challenging role that requires analytical skills to analyze and support the hotel's results in various revenue streams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with experience in managing daily rates, inventory, and distribution of rates and inventory for different market segments.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with the revenue team to identify opportunities to increase revenue, develop strategies to optimize room revenue, and implement initiatives to drive sales growth.

This role involves working closely with different departments, including front office, food and beverage, and spa, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue
  • Manage daily rate strategies and inventory to ensure room revenue optimization
  • Coordinate with front office and reservations teams to ensure accurate inventory and rate parity
  • Work closely with revenue stream teams to support achieving budget and forecast expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analytics
  • Previous front office management experience is an asset
  • Food and beverage and spa knowledge or background is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
  • Self-motivated and energetic
