Requirements

  • An advanced qualification in early years education or equivalent certification is required.
  • ECDA certification is also necessary.
  • At least two years of experience in infant care or an early years environment are preferred.
  • A strong understanding of infant developmental needs and caregiving routines is essential.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated professionals who are committed to nurturing young children are sought after.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
