Job Title: Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating daily activities across multiple sites, and ensuring site safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or coordination roles, preferably in interior design, landscaping, or A&A works.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules using scheduling software
  • Coordinate daily activities across multiple sites
  • Ensure site safety compliance
  • Monitor workers' progress to meet monthly targets
  • Prepare catch-up schedules as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or coordination roles
  • Proficiency in construction drawings (Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
