Key Responsibilities
• Enforce compliance to clinical standards of care and professional code of conduct
• Facilitate clinical faculty development to support clinical learning
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors to ensure clear and accurate medical communications
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily clinic operations
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care for patients with complex healthcare needs, including documentation, and make appropriate changes in collaboration with doctors and the nursing team
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree Qualification in Nursing
• General Registration with SNB is preferred
• Enrolled Nurse with years of experience/degree in Nursing may also be considered
