Breast Cancer Clinic Care Professional

At Singapore Breast Surgery Center PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist - Oncology to join our team. As a key member of our breast cancer care team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive patient care to patients with breast cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care management, including scheduling appointments, making reminder calls, and handling patient inquiries.
- Assist doctors during consultations and clinic procedures, and handle ordering of radiology exams, blood tests, and other orders for patients.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to raise pre-authorizations and letters of guarantee.
- Provide financial counseling to patients who need to undergo surgeries, and liaise with insurance companies to ensure smooth claims processing.
- Maintain effective communication with patients who are undergoing treatment, and provide them with advice on their treatment plans.
- Administrative Management:
- Register and bill patients' visits, and submit claims for outpatient visits on TPA portals.
- Maintain clinic inventory and equipment, and coordinate with external vendors for purchasing and maintenance of equipment and services.
- Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical settings.
- BCLS & AED Certified will be advantageous.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
