As a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leading expert teams for T24 projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our banking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical and Functional Mastery: Possess in-depth knowledge of T24 modules, including Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, and Lending domains in Private Banking.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Have exceptional expertise in testing T24 integration, COB testing, Client output, SWIFT message testing, and regulatory reports.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate expertise in financial accounting for all asset types.
- Automation and DevOps: Showcase experience in Automation, DevOps, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE.
- Agile Planning Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile planning tools is essential.
Personal and Social Skills:
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively lead teams across locations.
- Work Ethics and Problem-Solving Abilities: Good work ethics and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to lead teams effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key technologies and tools include Temenos T24, Selenium, Java, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. If you have experience in Automation Testing, Private Banking, or DevOps, it would be beneficial. This role requires a systematic and meticulous approach to ensure high-quality deliverables.
