Senior Business Consultant

Partnering with banking clients is key to unlocking their business requirements and translating them into actionable configurations for Temenos/T24. Our Senior Business Consultants develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) that ensure the development team has a comprehensive understanding of project goals.

Analyzing gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, our experts propose realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope. They define and validate customization needs for Temenos products based on agreed-upon business definitions. Configuration of Temenos products involves defining static and semi-static data to ensure a smooth core banking system implementation.

Our consultants conduct functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). They analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits. Conducting workshops and demonstrations effectively communicates product capabilities to stakeholders.

As a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions, our consultants manage communication with all project stakeholders. They provide end-user training and mentorship.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
  • Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a Specialization in Private Banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules.
  • Strong product knowledge of the mentioned T24 modules is a plus.
  • Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFTs advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations.
