
Senior Hospitality Executive

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-end dining establishments, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading a team of service staff, and ensuring seamless execution of our fine dining concept.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold fine dining standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control to achieve profitability targets and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Handle guest relations, including VIP guests, and resolve service issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Work closely with the culinary team and management to drive business growth and achieve sales targets through upselling and promotions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering results.
