  • Hardware: PCB design, RF layout, power optimization.
  • Firmware: AT commands, C/C++ SDKs, AppZone, MCUs.
  • Protocols: MQTT, CoAP, Modbus, TCP/IP.
  • Programming Language: Python, JavaScript, C/C++, Java.
  • Debug Tools: JTAG/SWD, UART tools, AT logs, Docker logs, MQTT payloads, REST APIs.
  • Cloud IoT: AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, private clouds.
  • Soft Skills: Customer communication, technical writing, training.

The typical work environment is a split between field/on-site visits, remote support, and lab development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, common in industries like smart city, industrial IoT, healthcare, and smart utilities.
