Job Title: Digital Transformation Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Transformation Product Manager to lead our company's digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling digital solutions that drive business value and improve customer experience.


About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Leverage AI/ML technologies to automate manual processes and improve decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop roadmaps for implementation.
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital products and services that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar area of study.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven or digital solutions in a procurement or enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with autonomous sourcing, eSourcing platforms, or sourcing optimization tools.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and working with IT and external suppliers.
  • Shown understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in procurement.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, data analytics, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience integrating third-party solutions into enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
  • Strong project management and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence across functions and levels.
  • Ability to lead change, drive adoption, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
