We are seeking an experienced Digitalisation Innovation Lead to drive the digital transformation of our organisation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to leverage technology and data to improve business processes and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis, system analysis, and project management principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, you will also contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, ensuring that solutions are practical, sustainable, and user-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digitalisation strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
  • Provide advice on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in business analysis, system analysis, and project management
  • Proactive, quality-conscious, self-starter with an analytical and methodological mind
  • Result and customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
  • Good verbal and written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and IT-enabled business capabilities
