**Job Description**:
**The role**

We are looking for a Sales Operations and Digitalisation Manager to join our Global Forwarding Division, based in Singapore. This is a contract role for 12 months only.

As a Sales Operations and Digitalisation Manager, you will:

- Develop Global Sales Operations & Digitalisation Training Capability - Have an indepth understanding of existing sales tools and digital customer solutions and identification of training needs across the sales organisation
- Design a training framework, related training modules, and training materials & content with respective product owners
- Improve sales adoption of Salesforce and iCON
- Understand existing reporting capabilities and design and roll out standard report offering to the sales community
- Participate and engage with other Global Sales & Marketing functions as required,

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 3 years of work experience; preferably in a customer facing capacity within the supply chain and logistics industry
- Knowledge of digital tools like Salesforce CRM, lead generation tools and visibility platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building and rolling out end-user learning modules
- Proficiency in Office 365
