Job Description

As a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in structuring and managing financing solutions tailored to clients' needs. This includes executing, advising, and negotiating project finance, leveraged finance, or fund finance deals.

  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, assess risk factors, and provide solutions.
  • Structure and handle financing solutions that meet clients' requirements.
  • Prepare credit applications (client analysis), credit renewal, and conduct periodic reviews of the portfolio.
  • Manage the risk profile of assets throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring client and project conditions, identifying risks proactively, recommending mitigants, and reporting.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate banking or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking products, especially project, leveraged, or fund finance.
  • Prior experience in relationship management or finance areas is preferred.
