Job Overview:

An exceptional opportunity has become available to lead a dynamic team at a luxury boutique hotel group. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of performance appraisals, handling complaints, supervising and managing employees, and assisting with hiring, training, and direction of new department associates. You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as extensive knowledge of the hotel's services and facilities.
