Business Administration Specialist

This position at TAK SYSTEM INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. requires a skilled and experienced Business Administration Executive to support the Group Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be a mature and self-driven individual who can work well in a team of 4, covering duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR, operations, and general administration on a day-to-day basis.
- Conduct general administrative tasks, including maintaining filing systems and document archives.
- Assist in report generation and ad-hoc projects.
- Offer basic administrative support to the office.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity or a similar job scope.
- Bookkeeping knowledge will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral English skills are necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Office expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and adaptable skills.
- Ability to work independently.
About This Role
This position offers a flexi-work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days of working in the office.
