Job Description

Spearhead growth and expansion initiatives for Financial Services across the APAC region, driving strategic engagement with clients and fostering collaborative relationships with global teams.

As a senior leader within our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise in business, IT, banking, and financial services to drive transformative change.

  • Develop and position Financial Services as a key offering across the APAC region
  • Lead, mentor, and develop people within the APAC Financial Services Consulting practice
  • Collaborate with industry experts to sell related consulting services, often as part of larger transformation initiatives

Key responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of proposals and lead solution creation and implementation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry forums, and contribute to firm growth through recruitment, training, and intellectual property generation

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven revenue and practice growth, with the ability to define and deliver solutions
  • Experience in consulting services, particularly in business, IT, banking, or financial services
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams towards successful outcomes
  • Significant experience across large and complex business targets delivery
