As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing, fixed assets management
  • Manage accounts receivable, generate monthly billing to customers from our accounting system, and address billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding bills to ensure timely collection, and maintain and update customer and supplier databases in our accounting system
  • Support general ledger maintenance, coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company activities, and assist in the preparation of financial reports, balance sheet schedules, and bank reconciliations
  • Support finance department with external/internal audits as required, and assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Technically proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of Xero accounting software
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy, good organization and time management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
