Insurance Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing insurance quotations, and processing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide insurance quotations and process applications, renewals, extensions, cancellations, and issue related documents.
  • Cross-sell general insurance products to customers.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including transaction and payment terminal checks.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and telemarketing calls as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 GCE 'O' Level credit passes or Basic Competency Examination (BCE) Certificate.
  • Certificate in General Insurance (CGI), BCP & PGI, or ComGI is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
