Linux Infrastructure Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our team in Linux Server administration and IT infrastructure engineering. This role requires a strong background in high-performance computing, parallel filesystems, and high-speed networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HPC scheduler experience, parallel filesystem management, high-speed network configuration, and open-source stack administration. Experience with PBS Pro or Slurm scheduler, parallel filesystems, Infiniband, and common open-source stacks like LDAP, NTP, and SMTP is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • HPC scheduler experience with PBS Pro or Slurm scheduler
  • Parallel filesystem experience
  • High speed network experience with Infiniband
  • Common open-source stack experience with LDAP, NTP, and SMTP

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering with a focus on Linux Server administration
