Rehabilitation Department Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Department Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and quality geriatric and neurological physiotherapy/occupational therapy to patients.

  • This includes collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, participating in patient consultation and supervision of therapy assistants, and documenting patient records accurately.
  • You will also be required to assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently, implement appropriate treatment plans, and have knowledge of therapy treatments for a wide range of injuries and conditions.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  • Full registration with the relevant health authority
  • Relevant experience in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
