">Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the overall business strategy for the air conditioning department, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to achieving business KPIs such as sales revenue and profit targets by managing product roadmaps, lifecycle, pricing, and island-wide promotions.
  • Handle 3-month sales/P&L forecasting, expense planning, and promoter incentives to optimize business performance.
  • Ensure detailed P&L management, allocating marketing expenses and sales allowances to cross-functional teams based on business needs.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and conduct regular benchmarking to increase market leadership through strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, driving business results.
  • Work with Key Account Managers on pricing, promotions, and demand planning for B2B & B2C businesses.
  • Plan and execute product launches with trade and media partners, delivering business outcomes.
  • Manage product certifications (Energy labelling, Safety Mark, etc.), ensuring compliance with industry standards.

For this role, you will need strong business planning, project management, and execution skills, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business within Air Conditioning, Air Solutions, or HVAC segments.
