">About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our air-conditioning business in Singapore. As Senior Air-Conditioning Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Lead a team of key account managers to develop and grow distribution channels (B2C/B2B)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute best-in-class product, marketing, and retail strategies
  • Provide technical designs and consultations to meet project requirements
  • Manage team's day-to-day operations, including product management, market analysis, key account management, P&L management, supply chain management, and management reporting
">Requirements
  • Degree in Business or Engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in air-conditioning business
  • Strong connections within the industry and understanding of the market
  • P&L and people management skills
  • Experience in both Sales and Marketing
  • Successful sales track record in B2B and B2C
  • Cognitive thought and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and good project management and presentation skills
