Our organization seeks a seasoned HVAC professional to lead a team of air-conditioning technicians in Singapore. As Air-Conditioning Supervisor Cum Driver, you will oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of AC technicians and reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of air-conditioning technicians and ensuring effective team management
  • Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioners
  • Performing preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
  • Carrying out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
  • Providing excellent customer service at residential and commercial premises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering related
  • Hands-on experience in AC related works
  • Good understanding of safety requirements
  • A valid Class 3 Driving License
