Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes, including inspection of incoming and outgoing spare parts, to ensure service repair work meets established standards and specifications.
- Manage and maintain controlled quality documentation, including work instructions, quality manuals, inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) records.
- Prepare and authorize Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for all services done in MRO, such as verification, repairs, and spare parts deliverables.
- Lead warranty assessments and collaborate with customers to address quality concerns and resolve issues.
- Develop and manage a calibration schedule for all measuring, monitoring, and hoisting equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Support internal audits, quality metrics tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential quality issues, developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, ASQ CQE) is a plus.
