
HR Assistant

As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in various tasks.
- Support recruitment and selection processes by drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, and participate in the decision-making process for hiring personnel.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to create a positive integration experience.
- Support performance management by assisting with appraisal materials and tracking evaluation timelines.
- Help with training initiatives, including organizing sessions and preparing materials.
- Provide administrative support in HR functions such as document preparation and database maintenance.
- Assist with engagement events and foster a positive company culture.
- Address inquiries, escalate complex issues, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Stay up-to-date with laws and regulations to ensure compliance and drive process improvement.
This opportunity is a 6-month chance that starts from December 2025. The duration may be adjusted based on discussion.
