Maritime Operations Coordinator

We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for navigating and controlling vessels under various conditions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Steersman/Helmsman certification or equivalent maritime qualification. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with Singapore's maritime regulations and navigational procedures is also required.
- Steer and control the vessel under the direction of the captain and senior officers.
- Ensure safe and smooth operation of the vessel during day-to-day navigation.
- Assist with docking, undocking, and other maneuvering activities.
- Monitor vessel instruments and report any abnormalities.
- Work closely with the crew to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Valid Steersman/Helmsman certification or equivalent maritime qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore's maritime regulations and navigational procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
