Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance function to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on financial matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a commercial leadership role, with prior experience in Finance.
  • Solid financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Agile and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this role will be required to partner closely with stakeholders in China.
