Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with product installation, demo, and training. You will also provide post-sales service in Singapore and ASEAN regions, troubleshoot application issues, and assist in workshops, seminars, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to product installation and usage.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless product delivery and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
RequirementsCandidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Background in Biology, Optics, or Physics is highly desirable.
  • Microscopy experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
