Job Title: Interior Project Executive

As a seasoned professional in commercial interior renovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional results that meet and exceed client expectations.

This role involves collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and facilitate open dialogue.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design concepts that align with client requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to monitor project progress and guarantee timely completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovation, preferably with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Interior Design software, including Google Sketch-up and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Possess a strong portfolio of educational institution spaces-related design works.
