Job Description:
">- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to lead initiatives ensuring compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Key Responsibilities:
">- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with PDPA regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and compliance insights.
- Develop, model, and optimize processes to meet PDPA standards.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Oversee implementation and testing of PDPA compliance solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process/system improvements.
- Manage risks associated with PDPA compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on PDPA-related processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain compliance.
- Prepare project reports for working groups and steering committees.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12–15 years of IT work experience, with at least 8–10 years in enterprise-level project management.
- Proven experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, and regulatory compliance projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management, and change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and manage complex dependencies.
- Project Management certification is an advantage.
